This plan is for anyone just getting started or getting back to exercising. It is for beginners to get their feet wet and build a 4-week foundation. Use this workout to start your journey! If you have a set of dumbbells and a bench you can do this workout! Follow the plan and pay attention to the rep range and number of sets. This month is all about getting your muscles ready to work more down the road. If you haven't worked out in a long time you're going to be sore so please take the rest days off so you can heal and get stronger. On cardio/active rest days find something to do to get moving. That might be something structured like walking outdoors or on a treadmill. It could also mean cutting the grass. The most important thing here is to burn calories but allowing your muscles to heal. Please use some common sense if you're going to use my program or any program for that matter. Consult a doctor before starting!
